Session Description:
Overview of National RTAP’s free training and technical assistance resources, with a focus on their web applications and Procurement PRO in particular. A brief introduction will also be provided on National RTAP’s new and updated training products, such as the ADA Toolkit, Financial Management manual, Essential Spanish training, and Reasonable Suspicion eLearning.

Frank Condon is the founder of DevObal Technologies Inc. (DTI), a South Carolina-based company. Since 2001 Frank has been developing custom websites, online communities, desktop and web applications, mobile phone and tablet applications, onsite and webinar training, and customer support for federal and state governments, transit associations, non-profits, and small- to medium-size businesses. Frank established National RTAP’s Technology Department in 2008 with the goal of providing the latest technology to rural and tribal organizations that they may not be able to afford, yet need to run and market their day-to-day transit services. and the National RTAP in the Cloud web applications. He has 7 years of technology experience, working in various roles ranging from programing and design to management. He has been assisting rural transit providers with technical support and technology resources since 2017.
Justin Heavenridge of DevObal Technologies Inc. (DT) is the Project Manager for National RTAP’s ProcurementPRO and the National RTAP in the Cloud web applications. He has 7 years of technology experience, working in various roles ranging from programing and design to management. He has been assisting rural transit providers with technical support and technology resources since 2017.
