SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR IONIZERS

Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Bids for the Supply and Installation of Air Ionizers. Project Overview: Valley Metro Rail, Inc. (the “Agency”) intends to award a single contract for the supply and installation of air ionizers. The air ionizing system shall rid the interior atmosphere of smoke, dust, pollutants, and other respiratory irritants. The ionizer shall help purifier formaldehyde, benzene, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Pre-Proposal Conference: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. MST 605 S. 48^th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034

Submission Date/Time: Tuesday, March 11, 2025, by 3:00 P.M. MST. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) documents are available or will be available on or about February 10, 2025. Interested firms may download the IFB documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response. Questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted within Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the Clarifications Tab. Questions will be answered via the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the solicitation due date and time. Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all bids.
