Summary

 The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a central role in our public transportation system. This position enhances the overall experience of our passengers by ensuring that every passenger has a positive and seamless journey.  You’ll engage directly with our community to answer questions about our services and assist our riders with obtaining fare. Rider interactions should be seamless, pleasant, and exceed customer expectations.
